Frank was courteous and professional. He quickly determined the problem and what needed to be done. Unfortunately, the part needed to be replaced was not available and no longer made by Samsung. The range is 10 years old and I guess Samsung considers it obsolete at that time. Would call Sears Home Services again for any other appliance repair. Their online scheduling makes getting an appointment easy any time day or night and the estimated time of service was spot on. Thank you!
