Stuart saves the day
Stuart was very punctual and efficient. He explained everything that had gone wrong with our oven. He went above and beyond caught a mistake in the wiring and fixed it. We really appreciated that because we have had other electrical/wiring issues in this newly built house.

Richard diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and installed it. Some confusion on schedule since the original repair date was dropped at the end of the day and a new date was given for 5 days later. However Richard intervened and repair was completed the next day. I don't like that I couldn't reach a live person after the missed appointment and AI system goes around in circles.
