Patient and professional
It took 3 months to get the parts to repair my oven! I don't know who DROPPED THE BALL! I missed baking for Thanksgiving dinner,and being inconvenienced for 3 MONTHS! It was sooo hard getting a LIVE PERSON to talk too, and take accountability… This process has had my family full of anxiety and rage. I have not missed any payments and nobody has offered me anything to compensate Sear's incapacity to make the CUSTOMER (Me) feel SPECIAL! I guess it's time to seek other warranty companies even though I've been with Sears for over 40 years… my patience has worn thin. Mr. K

It was a pleasure to have Isiah come to my home for the repair. I received a text and email when he was on the way and he arrived within 30 minutes. He did a great job and I would not hesitate to use Sears again if all the repair techs are like Isiah.
