Address on 2 packages and Matthews work order was 5066 1/2 Sereno Dr. Our address is 5066 !!! No 1/2 ! HUGE !! Problem!!! His work was great 😊 He took care of the problem in a timely manner.. 5 stars for Matthew.

Had a great experience with Enrique today, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my oven light. I was friendly, tolerant and kind to my dogs and solved the problem of my oven light not going off when the oven door shut. So thank you Sears and Enrique, I really appreciate your help.

My gas oven crapped out, during the holiday season. Not only did they communicate, show up on time, they were wonderful to work with. Our technician was pleasant, very helpful and did a good job. He keep it clean. I contacted four other businesses, I get it's a busy season, but not responding is poor customer service. If you can't do it, then tell me that, don't ghost me.
