Tran was very helpful. Our gas oven was taking a while to heat and was emitting a strong gas odor. Tran quickly diagnosed the issue -- a faulty igniter. He replaced the part in the same appointment. Whole thing took about 30min. Oven works again!

Marcos called and said he would be here in 20 minutes and he was. He came in, I showed him to the kitchen where my non-working oven was, and he went to work. He had part he needed to repair the oven, went to the truck to get it, returned and put part in, and WOW my oven now worked. My 92 year old husband was happy when I told him I could now fix him biscuits tonight. Marcos was excellent, professional, and well mannered, Thank you!!!
