Technician arrived and went to work, taking care to cover the area he needed to work to protect my counters. He encountered a problem that ended the job and stayed to work out how and when we will get this fixed. When he left, we had a clear idea of next steps, and hopefully he can come back to finish the job soon! He was very knowledgeable, kind, and respectful.
