Excellent technician!
Rufus arrived earlier than he said, introduced himself, and immediately went to work. He had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes. Went out to his truck, got the necessary part, went over the estimate and had it installed and had the oven working properly in 20 minutes. A job well done, Mr. King.

Isadore let me know he was on his way, arrived soon after, and spoke with me to clarify the issue. He came with everything he needed. And completed the repair quickly. Isadore was friendly and helpful, responding to my questions clearly and completely. He explained the charges and guided me through payment. I am pleased with the service and very happy to have our oven functioning properly again. We will use Sears home services again.
