Great Oven Repair
Richard diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and installed it. Some confusion on schedule since the original repair date was dropped at the end of the day and a new date was given for 5 days later. However Richard intervened and repair was completed the next day. I don't like that I couldn't reach a live person after the missed appointment and AI system goes around in circles.

Jimmy found that not only was the bake feature not working on the top oven of our double gas oven, but that the broil feature was not working either. He dealt with these two separate problems while parts were delivered broken, not once but twice. He stuck with the issues until we had a fully functioning double oven. He gave an honest assessment, worked diligently, and in a professional manner until all the problems were solved.
