Marvin arrived a few minutes early for my service appointment. He repaired my oven, tested it and put everything back. I was very happy with his excellent service!

Jamshid was very efficient did his job told me the parts for my stove were no longer available, offered the sears on line next day delivery option. Was very patient with me when wanting me to sign up for the Sears protection plan which I had signed up for yesterday. Very good employee.
