Dennis was so nice and professional. The Sears repair guy before him spent over an hour misleading me, trying to sell me a warranty. When I caught him in a lie, he collected my money for the repair, said he'd order the part then cancelled my repair. I had to reschedule the repair after he didn't show up for his appt. Dennis was kind enough to repair the part even though the order was put in wrong. I hope u figure out who the first repair man was and reprimand him. He should not be allowed in people's homes.
