I appreciated receiving a text from Keith prior to his arrival which was within the time that was scheduled. He diagnosed the issue we were having and made recommendations. Due to the issue with our stove though, it made better sense to purchase a new one rather than have ours repaired. Keith was honest and courteous with us. We're pleased with the service we received.
