We are very satisfied with our recent experience using the service. A quick online appointment and a visit two days later with one day being President's Day. My experience with scheduling has been horrific with the company cancelling my appointments but recording them as me cancelling or not being at home. Truly false. It was no shows of the techs after waiting all day! It's VERY difficult to schedule, and No Way to reach anyone on the phone. However, Daniel showed up today, had a helper meet him here and the oven parts were changed out very quickly. He, as well as his helper was very nice. Now......tonight will be the test to see if it all works!
