Gary was thorough and 'a walking book of knowledge' regarding our appliances. He worked hard and was able to repair our refrigerator and provided guidance about our oven.

Brian is the epitome of a great service technician. He called ahead of time to let me know when I could expect his arrival, he was extremely courteous, very informative, and obviously knew his job well. I was hesitant to contact Sears, since there is no longer a Sears store, but I'm glad I took the chance and scheduled Sears for my oven repair. Brian is the very best company representative you can possibly have and I hope every repair technician has a chance to learn from Brian.

Our technician was friendly but still came in and got right to work. Only thing was, he had no replacement bulbs for our microwave because our FAHWarranty comp said it was our Stove that needed repaired when it was the microwave that needed work. But you would kinda think an appliance truck would carry appliance bulbs.
