Paul was very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. It has been the administrative portion of the repair that has been extremely frustrating. The first phone rep contact was incorrectly categorized as a microwave oven (despite being provided with the model and serial number) which the first tech wasn't equipped to handle necessitating an additional call and a second service fee which I appealed and was refunded. This was only the first issue. It took a total of 6 premise visits over 7 weeks for the oven to be repaired due to incorrect parts being shipped, etc. Pretty frustrating.

The customer service from Sears and the professional Repair Service were both extremely Outstanding! Everything, from the beginning of my service call to the repair and all along the way were of the highest caliber imaginable! The expertise in which everything is handled is very impressionable and kept to the highest possible standards. I received constant updates, reminders and progress. I would always use this company and highly recommend giving them a call for your appliance repairs!

Saul took care of us very well. He brought us the new part needed for our oven. Then he reminded us that our refrigerator coil should be check and our dishwasher filter should be cleaned. It was great and thorough service. Thank you, Saul!
