The technician was excellent, very professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. Fix my problem on the first stop. However the AI system for communication is broken and terrible it does not allow you to communicate anything and a communicated the wrong appliance that needed to be fixed.

Bob was quick and efficient. I'm so glad he had the repair part for my ancient (20+ yrs) range with him. I think the labor charge over $350 per hour is extremely excessive.

Michael arrived 1/2 way thru the window time. He diagnosed our microwave problem within minutes after doing a few system checks. Replaced the problem circuit and he was on his way in less than an hour. Wonderful job
