Andry was very know.edgable and tried his best to fix the oven/microwave but sadly we have to get further help from the whirlpool experts. The problem is with your communication with the customer on the whole. You cancelled one of our parts and we had to wait over a week to get a service person back. You then cancelled that appointment for no reason and then cancelled the appointment for the next day for no reason. I had to get my warranty company to reach out to you and guarantee they would come today.
