Came out on 2/17 to confirm diagnosis of F97 code on our double ovens and ordered the parts to repair the ovens. Returned today (3/3) to replace the parts and had us up and running within the hour. I just hate that I had to wait 2 weeks to get the oven repaired because there aren't enough service technicians in our area.

We had two different technicians, and they were both amazing. They were very professional and very well-trained. They were courteous and polite. They displayed a tremendous amount of knowledge about the work they were doing. My complaint is with parts ordering. These two technicians had to order the part 3 times, and each time, a message was sent that the part was delivered, but we never knew where it was delivered. Sears has to correct the problems they have with their parts management. There also must be a better way to schedule appointments. Having an arrival time of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM is sloppy. I get better scheduling from UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other maintenance scheduling.

Robert was a great service technician. He explained everything, he was very thorough, and very polite. Sears corporate however, was not very helpful. This oven repair took over two weeks because Sears corporate didn't send the proper parts the first time Robert came to my house. I sent pictures and entered all of the information that was required when I asked for the service call. When Robert arrived, he had no idea what he was fixing and what he needed to do. That was very disappointing. Which meant poor Robert had to apologize at least five times for all the things that Sears corporate didn't send him that he needed for the repair.
