Repair Microwave
Michael arrived 1/2 way thru the window time. He diagnosed our microwave problem within minutes after doing a few system checks. Replaced the problem circuit and he was on his way in less than an hour. Wonderful job

Exceptional Customer Service!!! Took the entire oven apart and put the ignitor on and put it all back together like new. This is an older Kenmore oven so his skills were awesome working repairing this oven.

I liked William very much. But I'm Disappointed with Sears in not keeping the set appointments. Sat home 2 full days waiting for a technician to arrive and never did. Both appointments were rescheduled but Sears.

Alex did an excellent job replacing the part that's needed for the oven. After replacing the part ,he discovered that there was a default with the electrical circuit. We are getting that taken care of .Than k you Alex for explaining everything.
