Arturo arrived on time and quickly verified the issue with our oven. He then replaced the defective motor (we supplied) and ram the oven through additional diagnostics to verify than everything was in working order.

Leroy showed up at the time promised. I was frustrated because I had 2 appliance repairs that should have been done today but somehow one got bumped to tomorrow. That was the more important one, we couldn't use our clothes washer. He was here for the oven. I was actually able to go online and reschedule tomorrow's appointment for this afternoon. Leroy looked and saw it's on his list for the afternoon so he called his supervisor and got the ok to just stay and do the work rather than coming back this afternoon. I'm very grateful for his professionalism as well.
