On Saturday we realize that our top oven of our Kenmore door oven was not heating up properly. The unit itself has to be at least 15 years old and this is not the first time that we've had this problem. I contacted Sears Repair service Online. and made an appointment for Monday morning. I was notified that I had an appointment between 8 AM and 12 PM. At 9:45 Edward call said he will be here shortly. He identified the issue that we were having with our oven not heating up check to make sure he had the part at Edward also make sure everything was working properly with the oven and quickly proceeded to make the repair after letting me know the cost of the part and repair. There was a question in regards to the model number and serial number, but he was able to verify that through the customer service line. The total repair job took no more than an hour and now our oven is working properly. Having this repair done was much more affordable than purchasing a new oven comparable to the current model that we have once again high praise to Edward the technician for his customer service and his professionalism.

We were having issues with our GE wall oven not powering up. Our technician, Scotty, did a great job of explaining what was happening as well as looked beyond the basic issues to identify what was causing our problem. He put us at ease and we are very satified the problem is taken care of.
