WILLIAM DID A GREAT JOB OF EXPLAINING HOW UNKNOWINGLY I HAD PUSHED THE WRONG BUTTONS MAKING MY OVEN INOPERABLE! HE CHECKED EVERYTHING OUT TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY. THANK YOU WILLIAM!
