He was great, but the service was horrible. The wall oven went out over 3 weeks ago I received a technician and he serviced the job soon after he left the oven started the loud noise and we could not shut it off I called and they said they would send someone 2 or 3 days away. The noice stopped, started beeping again. A technician came back and replaced the computer in the oven. Soon after the oven started beeping again. I am very disappointed in the service Company. When Jesus came he worked on the oven and he said the part was defective. He had to replace the part. The service person I spoke to was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I asked to speak with someone over him he told me there was no one. When this contract is done, I will never use this company again.
