Tech today arrived on time and appropriately and fidedigna oven as scheduled. I give this technician 5 stars. However the scheduling experience was awful and gets 0 stars. Apparently technicians are scheduled in an Uber like fashion. When we had a 12 to 4 window on Saturday, no technician was ever assigned and I was not notified. The call center jeot telling me someone was on the way and even cited AI generated arrival times, but noone ever came. It wasn't until after business hours that a call center rep said that they just never scheduled anyone. They also said they wouldn't offer refunds for service not completed and would make me pay shipping to return the part that was shipped to me which they didn't show up to install. I am sorry to leave this review under this technician since he did everything right on his end. He called before coming, he was effective in the repair, arrived early and job was done in 10 minutes. However, I don't think I will use Sears home services again due to the fact they don't reliably keep appointments and customer service call center is pretty bad.

I had an excellent experience with the service representative who fixed my oven. They were punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about the issue. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently, and they took the time to explain what had gone wrong and how it was resolved. Exceptional service from start to finish—I couldn't be more pleased!
