Henack is a wonderful person and goes straight to work. He fixed our Whirlpool microwave oven and we have been trying to get a repairman to our home since March!! So glad to have our microwave working. Henack is very professional and courteous. Sears Maintenance is very fortunate to have such a dedicated employee!!
