It was an ordeal with receiving a broken part but our technician was very good at getting the situation resolved!

I was inundated with unsolicited texts and emails about Sears services that I don't need or want. The techs are over scheduled. The first appointment the tech was 2 hours past the appointment window. The second time, he had 30 minutes to go. Not his do. Sears fault. Michael was great but overworked. This experience just reinforces my policy of avoiding purchases from Sears unless it is a legacy appliance.

Bob's years of experience with stoves and people gives him 5 starts! He asks questions and shares his diagnoses and recommendations in a very professional and feelingly way. You guys at Sears need to fix your on-line systems. Each time I requested an update on your link and put in my phone number your computer answered, "We don't have any record of your phone number." How could that be as you texted me for two days. Bobs great...your management and systems need help!!

We had to have the control board replaced in our microwave. Raymond was very professional, pleasant and efficient. He wasted no time diagnosing the issue. He went above and beyond by checking other components of the microwave to make sure they were functioning properly. A part was ordered and it arrived the next day. Raymond came out today and replaced the part. Took him no more than 5 minutes. He tested the microwave to make sure everything worked as it should!
