Michael came, saw, and fixed! Our stove had two igniters that were not working. He took the stove apart ( I never new the pieces were detachable) and he pulled the stove from the wall where I quickly spotted spoons and forks that were missing for years and a pile of dust and dirt that looked like it had an ecosystem of its own. I felt comfortable with him working on my stove so I did some gardening and by the time I had to leave he was done and now all four pilots are working on my stove.
