We Recently needed an oven repair. Marc, the technician, was very nice, professional, knowledgeable. 5 stars to him. But the appointment process is terrible. Once an appoint is scheduled, your time frame is between 8-5 on the day of appointment. Window never narrows for you to plan your day. Twice, my appointment was cancelled. First time at 4pm. The second time was 11:30am. I understand that there is a lack of technicians and appointments are being overbooked. I would rather get an appointment (if non-emergency) scheduled further out and be assured that someone will show up. It has been a very frustrating process.

Troy did a fanatic job. He did but in extra effort to help our dead oven. Even though we are sad the oven model number couldn't be easily found/read & the numbers in the manual didn't cross. Troy but in the time and extra effort to make sure everything had been tried. Not many people prob leave good reviews if things couldn't be fixed, but because of Troy, we are happy to leave a good review.

Claudio came prepared with all tools and parts. He spent time to diagnose the problem which was contrary to the initial symptoms. In the end not new parts were needed only removal of a piece of plastic that jammed the lock mechanism of the microwave. He fixed the problem without trying to sell us unneeded parts. Great job.
