Paul was very polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and later fixed my oven with no fuss. He was extremely pleasant and courteous while in my home. I am often uncomfortable with being alone with male service providers but I did not feel any trepidation while Paul was here. I highly recommend him.

Sal stopped by to repair our oven. He came in, and was telling jokes from the time he walked in the door. 15 minutes later, he was finished replacing the igniter on the oven, telling jokes on the way out the door. 10/10 would recommend Sal to repair appliances.

I received multiple emails and texts reminding me my appointment was between 1pm and 5pm. When does the tech show? 11am! It totally messed up my day. If the times provided are not correct DON'T SEND 50 REMINDERS TELLING ME WHEN THEY WILL SHOW UP!!!
