Though it was an extent job I'm very happy to say that it wasn't an unpleasant experience. Both the repair and the customer service was and is greatly appreciated. He was great, very informative and diagnosed the problem and explained solutions. What I don't appreciate are texts to me at 7ish a.m. which has happened twice now.
