Peter called to tell me his arrival time and he was right on time. He let me know what the problem was and the cost of the repair. I decided not to repair the oven due to the cost and just to buy a new one. Peter was very honest, professional and gave me good advice regarding a protection plan available for all my appliances. After another technician was not able to repair my oven and could not explain the issues, Technician Thomas determined the problems with my non-working oven and clearly explained them to me. He provided the cost estimate to conduct the repairs which gave me the data to consider whether to repair or replace. He came promptly in the appt time and was professional and friendly.

Oven repair. Technician was professional. My oven part arrived days before the appointment was rescheduled, citing the part was delayed, even though it was waiting here at my home.

Bob communicated well leading up to the service visit and during the analysis. He let me know the cost for each part, the warranty period, and labor associated with the repair. He shared the option to invest in an old appliance and the warranty on that investment. He also offered to remove his shoes or wear shoe covers - which was totally unnecessary, but very respectful.
