He provided excellent service was friendly very efficient and knowledgeable. He realized this problem could have been fixed a long time ago.If the first technician on the first trip out would have tested , all the components that were needed. Claudio did a very nice job.Thank you.

Victor was great. Sears on the other hand are not getting my business again. After almost a month of my parts being delayed, they finally scheduled my oven repair. We had to call and complain first. When the technician finally came, they had not given him the parts required. To get the parts would have cost over $100 more than they were originally quoted. Again, Victor was terrific and helpful, but sears is not to be trusted.

Patrick was great. Took time to explain what the problem was and why it happened. My complaint is with the process to get the appointment. Long wait times, multiple messages asking for information that had already been provided. Return appointment to replace the part that failed was canceled with no reason given. Resulting in again long wait times and being passed to two different departments to get everything on schedule again. Than again the multiple messages asking for information that was already provided.
