Excellent oven troubleshooter
After another technician was not able to repair my oven and could not explain the issues, Technician Thomas determined the problems with my non-working oven and clearly explained them to me. He provided the cost estimate to conduct the repairs which gave me the data to consider whether to repair or replace. He came promptly in the appt time and was professional and friendly.

Bob communicated well leading up to the service visit and during the analysis. He let me know the cost for each part, the warranty period, and labor associated with the repair. He shared the option to invest in an old appliance and the warranty on that investment. He also offered to remove his shoes or wear shoe covers - which was totally unnecessary, but very respectful.
