Even though we declined the repairs because it would be near to a total replacement cost, John gave us enough info to do the repairs ourselves as well as address concerns we had about the appliance

Michael, your technician did great. The company was slow to respond to diagnose the problem, and then slow to return to complete the repair. Sorry, but I feel that 20 days total was too long.
