I gave Joshua a rating of 5. He came as scheduled. He was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional! He must have researched the issue with our oven before he walked in the door because he already suspected the root cause. He verified his suspicion with a simple test, went to his truck and brought in the replacement part. After he installed the replacement part, Joshua test the oven to make sure it fired up and ran as it was supposed to. I would definitely recommend Joshua to anyone that needs appliance repair service!

Ive got an old kenmore oven that stopped working. The stove top worked but the oven didn't. Robert was on time/early, efficient and very professional. He gave me great advice and fixed my "oldie but goodie" oven. I'm very pleased with the experience and would recommend Robert!!!
