Michael, your technician did great. The company was slow to respond to diagnose the problem, and then slow to return to complete the repair. Sorry, but I feel that 20 days total was too long.

Prior to the visit automation inquired about my issue which hopefully led to the parts being on the truck. The associate arrived in the service window and even being toward the end of a very HOT July day he was friendly and got right to business. He asked about the issue and went to work on what he suspected was the issue. He educated me on ways I should be using the oven for baking that best provide even heating in the oven. It was new knowledge to me and I really appreciated it. As he worked he also gave me insight on appliances in general. I always appreciate the vast knowledge Sears repairman have! The oven was back in business and I was happy! He also was very tolerant of my dogs!!
