Your technician was great. I'm sad to say my overall experience with Sears was not great. It is difficult to communicate and coordinate the repair. The part sat at my home for over a week and I could not get a live person to tell them I had the part. It was when I got a notice saying my appointment was going to be pushed back bc there wasn't a part that I could change the service date. Then we waited all day and no technician showed. I chatted twice with Tom and was told he was running late and then rescheduled at 7 PM. This is not a good way to run a service business!!

James was great! He looked at all my appliances and was very knowledgeable of the appliances. If he did not know about something he knew how to look it up and figure it out! He is the kind of service man I would want to come and service my appliances.
