Unfortunately my oven's motherboard was fried because I ran a Self-Clean; repair would be $800. Uh, no! I did learn that running a self-clean will often fry the motherboard because the oven gets so hot…SO NEVER RUN A SELF-CLEAN! Now I have to go buy a new oven. Thanks a lot Sears. GRRRRRR!

Your technician was great. I'm sad to say my overall experience with Sears was not great. It is difficult to communicate and coordinate the repair. The part sat at my home for over a week and I could not get a live person to tell them I had the part. It was when I got a notice saying my appointment was going to be pushed back bc there wasn't a part that I could change the service date. Then we waited all day and no technician showed. I chatted twice with Tom and was told he was running late and then rescheduled at 7 PM. This is not a good way to run a service business!!
