John is a great technician and he notifies me of his ETA, which is of great help in planning my day. Not all technicians do that. Today he found the problem, fixed the problem--all under an hour. Can't ask for better than that.

Kenny was ahead of time, courteous and was very patient explaining that our external warranty company didn't send over the correct information. Others would leave you there trying to figure it out by yourself. He went beyond and provided me some next steps to get me going down the right path to get it completed. He also spoke with the warranty company and they are getting things fixed for us. I didn't get to come out of my office due to work but I appreciate the care you took.
