Joseph was on time, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem with our gas oven quickly as it could possibly be wrong with it. We decided to not get it repaired but he took his time explaining things to us. Will use Sears again for appliance repair.

Robert called me, he explained about the part situation, then called me again within the hour to give me an update and come to my home within an hour after that, I now have a working stove and oven after almost two and a half.Weeks of waiting. I think the technician was very personable, very professional and as frustrated and upset as I was when you send someone with his personality, it made it a lot easier
