Dishwasher diagnosis
Trevor literally ripped off our cabinet and drawers by pulling wildly that dishwasher. Now we have to deal with fixing the cabinet, drawers and finding a replacement for the broken pieces that he ripped off. This was a huge disappointment. We'll never use Sears again.

Didn't follow up
We were told a report would be sent to home warranty and it was not sent. I called choice and they stated they never got the diagnosis. I have called sears and am not able to speak to a live person. At one point I did and was told it was sent to Choice home warranty yet it was not.

Tech
He came out to diagnose why the fan was squeaking. After he left, the unit won't turn on at all. It's 90* in the house. We can't live like this!! Come back immediately and fix this!

Horrible experience
My appointment was originally scheduled for Tuesday. The first issue was they gave me a 9 hour window 8am to 5pm. Tuesday morning around 10am they called and said the technician couldn't make it and had to reschedule for Thursday again we were given a 9 hour window. My wife had to reschedule appointments and waste the entire day for the technician to show up at 4:58. He was there for 5 minutes and said there was nothing he could do and left. He said he would call the warranty company in the morning and let me know but I had to reach out to him at 4 pm the next day after I talked to the warranty company and found out he had done nothing. He didn't respond for an hour and then said he called and they were assigning a different company to the call. I don't think this was Ignacio's fault. This was completely on Sears home services. The fridge make and model was in the work order so they should have know right off the bat that they couldn't handle it. Ignacio said he didn't get the work order until 3pm on Thursday even though the appointment was rescheduled on Tuesday. Bottom line is I believe that Sears home services have no idea what they are doing and are just ripping people off wherever they can. This was a home warranty claim so I didn't have a choice but I would rather take out a loan or max out a credit card to fix the problem than deal with this company again!

Nothing done
Did not do nothing and took a service fee. Said did not work on the refrigerator I needed serviced.
