Even though Vincent was great, because Choice Warranty failed to share all the information provided by the homeowner on original request for service, he was not able to work on product. Now we paid for one service call that was unnecessary, and we are being referred to ANOTHER COMPANY.

He did Great! I had another technician come first to assess the problem. All he did was looked at it and he knew exactly what it was. Then the second technician that came in yesterday was amazing. He fixed it really quick. Thank you! Now my dryer is not leaking anymore
