Sears was a to get a Technician out quickly. Our Service Technician was Rawle, who was very polite and professional. He service our refrigerator and explained what we needed to do to keep the refrigerator running in good condition condition. He also discussed warranty options.

The technician was perfect. It's the scheduling and dispatch systems used that is very frustrating. Not ever was there a phone number presented to speak to a person. Always having to wait for almost a week for any service.
