Showed up promptly. Diagnosed and addressed the problem quickly and made the repair. Did a number of follow up tests on the microwave to make sure the repair was done correctly and that the micro worked properly. Great experience!

Mike was great. He did a good job. He was quick and exact in changing out the sensor. He also made sure that my stove top was covered so it would not be scratched. He was very neat. He did a good job.

Repair technician was great. Your company sucks! Repair appointment was made two times before today and no one showed up for those first two scheduled appointments. Our time was waisted waiting for the technician only to be emailed that technician would be delayed over and over again. Couldn't call or talk to a live person and your chat app was useless. Your appointment scheduling is terrible and upon calling, I talked to a person with strong foreign accent and could not understand a word she said. Bring your call service back to America.
