The job is finally finished. Started as a 2-10 claim - months ago. The first person they sent from another appliance repair company… actually didn't want to do the job. Long story short Glenn should be commended for his professional service and manner. He was empathetic about our unpleasant experiences and took ownership of getting the job done right.

Chingiz got here and went right to work. He fixed the microwave and gave me a tip on how to prevent a recurrence. He was excellent. I wish that you would make the window for scheduling repairs a little smaller. Having to wait from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM wastes an entire day for me. If you could just give customers a choice of morning or afternoon, it would at least give us a half day back.
