Microwave Diagnosis
William was very pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable in diagnosing the issue with the microwave's lack of power. The fuse had blown due to a a faulty closing mechanism. The repair was expensive, but would have been covered by appliance insurance, if we had it. We decided to buy a new microwave.

The service technician was great But my time was scheduled from 8 am to 5 pm. I got a text message that the tech would be at my house at 1:15 pm. He never came till 6:45 pm and no called to tell me different. This is not good customer service at all. I feel scheduling could be alot better than this

The only problem I had it was that took too long to fix my microwave. It wasn't the Tecnitian fault. It took 6 weeks to get the problem resolved.
