I was really impressed with the level of experience Mr Alexander has. We've had so much issues with our Microwave but today he was able to figure out and resolve my issue quickly. I would definitely recommend Sears and Alexander to all my family and friends.

Intermittent problem and of course worked fine when he arrived, he checked all wiring and connections. Can't fix it if it worked ! Later started to not work again. Jeffrey is very friendly and knowledgeable , hope he comes on next repair. Rescheduled for the 6th.
