Raymond was very efficient in his work. He was quick and professional when he came to diagnose the problem and quick and professional when he returned to make the repairs. In addition to being smart and professional, Raymond had a thoughtful and kind demeanor. Raymond was a breath of fresh air in our home. There is little doubt that we are not the only customers that feel that way. There is little doubt that you know or should know what an asset he is to your company!
