Sears technician David provided an excellent experience for us. He was here during the time slot communicated to me. He was very pleasant and very professional. He explained to us what he was doing and the problem discovered and the solution. He answered all questions we had. He cleaned the area before he left. He is one of the best technicians Sears has if not The Best. It was a very pleasant experience.

WE appreciate that Andre always has the ability and parts to repair our appliance. We purchase the warrantee because it is supposed to replace any appliances that are continuously broken. I believe that this unit has been repaired so many times that Sears could have replaced it rather than have it repaired so many times. Wouldn't that be cost effective?
