Tom identified the problem quickly and had the parts on the truck for repair. He was careful around countertops and had the job completed in less than an hour. Our Master Protection Agreement covered all parts and labor. We were also pleased that the service window was updated quickly to let us know when he was arriving.

Our technician, MASIHULLAH SHARIFI, was excellent. He came multiple times to diagnose the issue, correct a serial/model number issue where a digit was missing in the parts system, and help track down parts needed for an older microwave. He was able to repair the microwave after it had been out of service for almost two years - we're thrilled!
