a nice man
Matthew was very pleasant to work with and did his job well. We had a minor hiccup figuring out the issue, but he stuck with it and eventually got to the bottom of it. While I feel the sears system needs some work, they have a very nice man doing the repairs for them that made the situation a little easier.

Francisco was proactive but his hand are tied with no part available. You took the deductible right away but never keep me informed of what's going on. The second repair guy told me it's not available what are you waiting on to resolve my issue
