Kyle did a great job. However I do have a problem with the scheduling services. It has taken me over a month to have the door latch on my microwave fixed. This was do to cancelations by customer services. We were rescheduled 3 times. We spent all day waiting for a technician to receive an email saying no one would be coming out. This not a way to be running a warranty service.

Juan did a great job diagnosing and attempting to repair our microwave oven. Although the repair work required a 2nd parts order to complete, and he spoke with the manufacturer to choose the board needing replacement, they decided to replace the microwave unit completely. So everything went well, even better than expected, as our microwave is being replaced, instead of it being repaired. Thank you Juan, and good work!
