Kevin was sent to service a microwave. The problem is with a Natural gas stand alone kitchen stove. The oven can not be regulated or turned off and on. This was communicated prior to the service call.

Dwight was professional. courteous, accommodating, and knowledgeable. He delivered the bad news that the microwave could not be repaired because a part needed was no longer available, and was forthright about it which was appreciated. He spent time trying to locate the missing part before concluding it was not longer available. He moved the broken microwave to my garage which was also appreciated. I was disappointed but do not fault Dwight. The first repairman who came on 4.29.25 should have told me that it could not be repaired. But in fairness to the original repairman, he did tell me he was not sure he could get one of the parts. When the parts box arrived at my home, I had no way of knowing that it did not include all of the needed parts.
