Luis called before he arrived to let us know he was on the way, arrived promptly, answered questions, and replaced the broken microwave part in a very timely manner. He was polite, respectful, & took care of business in a very professional way. He represented your company well. If we have future repairs, we would like him to be our technician.

Vish was the BEST repairman we have ever had in our home !! He joked around with my wife and me and made the visit most pleasant! He knew EXACTLY what needed to be done to fix our microwave!! We hated to see him leave !!
